摘  要:通过建立PID液位控制系统实现调节双容水箱液位的目的,经由反复实验推导得出对应系统的数学模型。运用Matlab Simulink软件进行仿真,根据仿真结果分析双容水箱液位控制系统的动静态特性。运用Labview软件编写双容水箱液位控制系统算法,采用USB-6008数据采集卡和DAQ数据采集助手完成实验硬件和软件的连接,经实验最终得到实际液位曲线,利用软件的人机互动界面,对整个系统在实验过程中进行实时监控。实验结果证明设计的系统能使双容水箱液位的下水箱液位保持在设定值内,浮动不超过5%,达到了预定的稳态效果。The purpose of adjusting the liquid level of the dual-capacity water tank is achieved by establishing a PID liquid level control system,and the mathematical model of the corresponding system is derived through repeated experiments.The simulation was carried out by Matlab Simulink software,and the dynamic and static characteristics of the double tank water level control system were analyzed based on the simulation results.Using Labview software to write the algorithm of double tank water level control system,using USB-6008 data acquisition card and DAQ data acquisition assistant to complete the connection of experimental hardware and software.After experiment,the actual liquid level curve is obtained,and the human-computer interaction interface of software is used.Real-time monitoring of the entire system during the experiment.The experimental results show that the designed system can keep the liquid level of the lower tank of the double tank level within the set value,and the floating does not exceed 5%,which achieves the predetermined steady state effect.
