摘 要:在干硬性混凝土振动液化过程中颗粒速度是影响其效果的关键因素,而振动频率和振幅直接影响颗粒速度。研究振动频率和振幅对干硬性混凝土液化效果的影响。首先,基于离散元素法构建混合料颗粒的动力学模型。其次,搭建多用途离散元素法建模软件仿真实验平台。最后,对颗粒速度进行分析和对比。结果表明,若要使干硬性混凝土达到更好的液化效果,振动频率为50 Hz时,可用振幅为0.6 mm~0.8 mm,理想振幅为0.6 mm~0.7 mm;振动频率为75Hz时,可用振幅为0.3 mm~0.7 mm,理想振幅为0.3 mm~0.5 mm;振动频率为100 Hz时,可用振幅为0.2 mm~0.4 mm,理想振幅为0.2 mm。The particle velocity of stiff concrete mixture is the key factor affecting its vibrating liquefaction efficiency,and the vibration frequency and amplitude of particles directly affect the particle velocity.The influence of vibration frequency and amplitude on the liquefaction effect of stiff concrete is studied in this paper.The dynamic model of the concrete mixture particles is constructed and simulated based on discrete element method software.The particle velocity is obtained and analyzed.The results show that in order to achieve a better liquefaction effect for stiff concrete,for 50 Hz vibration frequency,the available amplitude should be 0.6 mm-0.8 mm and the ideal amplitude should be 0.6 mm-0.7 mm;for 75 Hz vibration frequency,the available amplitude should be 0.3 mm-0.7 mm,and the ideal amplitude should be 0.3mm-0.5 mm;for 100 Hz vibration frequency,the available amplitude should be 0.2mm-0.4mm,and the ideal amplitude should be 0.2 mm.
