摘 要:对于橡胶隔振器疲劳性能问题,其成型方式的影响容易被忽略。结合KPM-2型橡胶隔振器的试制情况,分别对采用填压、注压和注射3种成型方式制作的产品进行常规疲劳性能试验和大振幅加速疲劳性能试验,得到不同成型方式制作的隔振器的疲劳寿命。考虑橡胶胶料与模具的温度梯度差大小、橡胶的流动性和硫化压力等因素,分析并总结3种成型方式对隔振器疲劳性能产生影响的原因。得出常规疲劳性能试验条件下,由各成型方式制得的产品均能满足船舶行业规定的疲劳性能要求,但在加速疲劳性能试验条件下,其疲劳性能差异较大,且注射成型是获得隔振器优良疲劳性能的最佳成型方式的结论。The forming methods of the rubber vibration isolators have great influences on their fatigue test performances,however these influences are ignored very often in the test and analyses.In this paper,with the KPM-2 rubber vibration isolators as the research objects,the conventional fatigue performances of their products made by three different forming methods,such as tamping,injection compression and injection,are tested respectively under the large amplitude acceleration cyclic loading.The fatigue life of these vibration isolators is obtained.Considering the temperature gradient difference between rubber compound and mold,rubber fluidity and vulcanization pressure,the influences of the three molding methods on the fatigue performance of vibration isolators are analyzed and summarized.It is concluded from the conventional fatigue test that the products of the vibration isolators made by the three different molding methods can all meet the fatigue performance requirements stipulated in the marine industry standard,but the fatigue performance is different in the acceleration fatigue test,and injection molding is the best molding method to obtain excellent fatigue performance of vibration isolators.
