摘　　要：目的对大湾区学校群体结核病防治知识、信念、行为现况进行调查。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取大湾区1所幼儿园、3所初中、3所高中及2所大学的学生、教师及家长为调查对象,采用校园结核病防治知识、信念、行为问卷对其进行调查。结果教师、家长和学生的结核病知识知晓率依次为74.76%、66.81%、62.62%,教师、家长和学生的结核病相关正确态度和行为分别波动在71.4%~100.0%、59.1%~97.7%、60.7%~93.6%。结论大湾区学校群体结核病知识知晓率较低,结核病早期防控意识薄弱。Objective To investigate the knowledge,belief and behavior of tuberculosis prevention and control among school groups in Greater Bay Area.Methods With stratified cluster random sampling method,students,teachers and parents from one kindergarten,three junior high schools,three senior high schools and two universities were selected as the survey objects,and the campus tuberculosis prevention knowledge,belief and behavior questionnaire were used to investigate them.Results The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among teachers,parents and students was 74.76%,66.81%and 62.62%,respectively.The correct attitudes and behaviors related to tuberculosis among teachers,parents and students fluctuated from 71.4%to 100.0%,59.1%to 97.7%and 60.7%to 93.6%,respectively.Conclusion The awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among school groups in Greater Bay Area is low,and the awareness of early prevention and control of tuberculosis is weak.
