摘 要:目的:了解中国医科大学本科学生对国家助学金政策的满意度及其影响因素,为优化国家助学金制度提供理论依据。方法:随机选取580名中国医科大学大二至大四的本科学生,通过问卷调查其对国家助学金政策的满意度并分析影响满意度的因素。结果:中国医科大学本科学生对国家助学金政策的满意度为73.25%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,年级、月生活费、对政策的了解度、是否递交贫困证明、是否获得助学金、助学金用途、贫困证明的可信性、民主评选的合理性、贫困生未得到资助、“假贫困生”现象和评定规则的科学性,对国家助学金政策满意度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别、居住地、成绩排名以及是否担任学生干部,对国家助学金政策满意度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中国医科大学本科学生对国家助学金政策的总体满意度较高,但政策的实施仍有待完善,须规范评选原则及过程,加大对国家助学金政策的宣传力度,建立贫困生动态管理制度并且加强日常监督工作。这些政策将有助于完善国家助学金政策,提升学生对国家助学金政策的满意度。Objective:To understand the satisfaction of undergraduate students in China Medical University with the national grant policy and its influencing factors,and to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the national grant system.Methods:A random selection of 580 sophomore to senior students of China Medical University was conducted to investigate their satisfaction with the national grant policy and analyze the factors affecting their satisfaction.Results:Students’satisfaction with national grant policy was 73.25%.The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that grade,monthly living expenses,understanding of policy,whether to submit proof of poverty,whether to obtain grants,the use of grants,the credibility of proof of poverty,poverty certificate,the rationality of democratic selection,the lack of financial aid for poor students,the phenomenon of false poor students,and the scientific evaluation rules are statistically significant for the difference in the satisfaction degree of state grants(P<0.05),while gender,places where they live,ranking of academic performance,and whether they are student leaders are of no statistical significance for the difference in the satisfaction degree of state grants(P>0.05).Conclusion:The students’overall satisfaction with the national grant policy is high,but there are still loopholes in the implementation of the policy.Standardizing the selection principle and process,and increasing the publicity of the national grant policy,establishing dynamic management of poor students and strengthening daily supervision help to improve national grant policy and students’satisfaction with the national grant policy.
