摘　　要：根据教育部的有关要求,各高校要陆续推行一站式学生社区管理模式。然而我国高校存在发展情况不一、内部组织体系不同、所有资源条件各异等情况,各高校目前推行的一站式学生社区管理模式各有特色,育人成效各有不同。文章通过分析国内外一站式学生社区的研究现状及趋势,对目前国内一站式学生社区运行过程中存在的问题进行总结,创造性地提出“党工委+书院”一站式学生社区管理模式,并对该模式的可实施性和关键举措进行探究。According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education,all colleges and universities should successively achieve a one-stop student community management mode.However,there are different developments in Chinese colleges and universities,different internal organizational systems,different resources and conditions,etc.The one-stop student community management mode established by colleges and universities has its own characteristics and different educational results.This paper analyzes the research status and trend of the one-stop student community at home and abroad,summarizes the problems existing in the operation process of the one-stop student community,innovatively puts forward the one-stop student community management mode of“Party working committee+academy”,and explores its implementability and key measures.
