摘　　要：高水平专业群建设是高职院校服务经济社会发展的基本载体,是学校高质量人才培养的重要单元。高质量的专业人才培养方案是保证人才培养质量的前提,是保证学校教学质量的基本教学文件。项目组根据中医学专业群与产业链的对应性和组群逻辑性,合理组建中医学专业群,以培养“传承精华,守正创新”、具备“医德+医理+医术”的中医人才为目标,对中医学专业群人才培养目标、课程体系构建、课程建设、实践教学、师资队伍等建设标准进行全面改革,形成了特色鲜明的中医学专业群人才培养方案。The construction of high-level specialty groups is the basic carrier for higher vocational colleges to serve economic and social development,and an important unit for the cultivation of high-quality talents in schools.The formulation of high-quality professional talent training programs is the premise of ensuring the quality of talent training,and they are the basic teaching documents for schools to ensure the quality of teaching.According to the correspondence between the TCM specialty group and the industrial chain and the logic of the group,the project team reasonably sets up the TCM specialty group.With the goal of cultivating TCM talents with“inheritance of essence,integrity and innovation”and“medical ethics+medical theory+medical skills”,it comprehensively reforms the standards for the construction of TCM specialty group in terms of talent training objectives,curriculum system construction,curriculum construction,practical teaching,and teaching staff,having formed a distinctive talent training plan for TCM professional group.
