摘 要:随着种植牙、正畸支抗螺钉、颌骨骨折固定装置等口腔植入物在临床的广泛应用,口腔植入物的生物力学性能以及植入物植入准确性等已成为人们关注的热点之一,这些都需要通过大量体内、体外实验研究得以明确。而体外研究需要实验模型,建立标准的实验模型是开展体外研究的基础,因此有必要寻找或建立符合标准的实验模型。目前,口腔医学领域对于植入物体外研究的实验模型选择尚未见权威标准形成。文献中报道的实验模型有石膏类、丙烯酸类、聚氨酯类等,其中聚氨酯类因其材料模型与骨的特性相似,已在体外研究中得到广泛应用。因此本文针对聚氨酯类实验模型在口腔植入物体外研究中的应用情况及其尚存的优势、不足与未来展望做一综述,希望能为未来口腔植入物研究的体外模型选择提供参考。With the widespread use of dental implants,dental implants,orthodontic anchorage screws,jaw fracture fixation devices and other oral implants in clinical practice,the biomechanical properties of oral implants and the accuracy of implant placement have become one of the focuses in stomatology.These need to be clarified through a large number of in vivo and vitro experimental studies.However,in vitro study needs experimental models,and the establishment of standard experimental models is the basis for in vitro study.Therefore,it is necessary to find or establish experimental models that meet the standards.At present,there is no authoritative standard for in vitro studies of implants in the field of stomatology.The experimental models reported in the literature include gypsum,acrylic,and polyurethane.Among them,polyurethanes have been widely used in in vitro studies because of their similar properties to those of bone.Therefore,this paper summarizes the application of polyurethane experimental models in in vitro researches of oral implants,its remaining advantages,disadvantages and future prospects,hoping to provide a reference for the selection of in vitro models for fu ture oral implant research.
