摘　　要：立德树人是高职院校人才培养的根本任务,坚持“三全育人”开展高职学生思想政治教育是培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人的内在要求。依据“三全育人”工作原则,对高职院校的思想政治教育现状进行深入分析,通过对存在的问题剖析研讨,明确高职院校在“三全育人”视域下开展思想政治教育工作的重要性及工作的新要求、新思路,并进行路径探索,以期实现将高职学生思想政治教育贯穿至全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人三个方面。Establishing morality and cultivating talents is the fundamental task of talent training in higher vocational colleges.Adhering to the“three complete education”to carry out ideological and political education for higher vocational students is the internal requirement for training qualified socialist builders and successors.Based on the work principle of“three complete education”,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational education.Through the analysis and discussion of many existing problems,it clarifies the importance of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the vision of“three complete education”and the new requirements and new ideas of the work;It also explores the path so as to realize the ideological and political education of higher vocational students through the three aspects of all staff education,whole process education and all-round education.
