摘 要:在风电机组运行过程中,发生频次最高、处理难度最大的通常是变频器和变桨系统的故障,其中,变频器系统由于还涉及到高电压和风电机组发电机,在故障处理时的难度更高。本文在对转矩控制器误差过大故障进行研究的过程中,依托主控和变频器系统在故障时刻记录的数据和波形,结合变频器控制原理对故障原因进行分析,探寻处理变频器相关故障快速有效的方法,提升故障处理的效率。During the operation of wind turbine,the faults of frequency converter and pitch system are usually the most frequent and diffi cult to deal with.The frequency converter system also involves high voltage and wind turbine generator,so it is more diffi cult to deal with the faults.In the process of studying the fault of excessive torque controller error,this paper analyzes the cause of the fault based on the data and waveform recorded by the main control and inverter system at the time of the fault,combined with the inverter control principle,and explores a fast and eff ective method to deal with inverter related faults to improve the effi ciency of fault handling.
