摘　　要：目的:分析《金匮要略》研究状况、研究热点及发展趋势。方法:从中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中获取中文文献,运用文献计量学方法,对《金匮要略》研究领域的相关文献进行分析。结果:该领域发文量逐年递增,2010年以后年均发文量为435篇。共涉及486种刊物,北大核心期刊发文占比只有6%。国内该领域10位核心作者,分别为张琦、姜德友、林昌松、黄仰模、马晓峰、张再良、李云海、王庆国、戴天木、陈国权、赵天才,作者间的合作关系比较分散。其中《“血不利则为水”的机制及临床意义》被引用次数较多。研究热点集中在5方面:《金匮要略》基础理论与教学、临床应用、经方配伍、经方治疗某种现代疾病、中医养生保健治未病。结论:《金匮要略》研究成果逐年攀升;研究类型以理论为主,逐渐转向临床应用;研究热点层出不穷,分布广泛。Objective:To analyze the research status,research hotspots and development trend of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Methods:The Chinese literature was obtained from CNKI,Wanfang Data and CQVIP,and the relevant literature in the research field of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber was analyzed by bibliometrics.Results:The number of papers issued in this field increased year by year,and the average annual number of papers issued after 2010 was 435.A total of 486 journals are involved,and only 6%of the core journals of Peking University publish articles.There were 10 core authors in this field in China,namely,Zhang Qi,Jiang De-you,Lin Chang-song,Huang Yang-mo,Ma Xiao-feng,Zhang Zai-liang,Li Yun-hai,Wang Qing-guo,Dai Tian-mu,Chen Guo-quan and Zhao Tian-cai.The cooperation between the authors was relatively scattered.Among them,the article entitled"The Mechanism and Clinical Significance of"Blood Stasis Leading to Edema"has been cited many times.The research focused on the following five aspects:the basic theory and teaching of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,clinical application,the compatibility of classical formulas for the treatment of certain modern diseases,and the prevention of diseases by TCM health care.Conclusion:The research results of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber are increasing year by year.The research type is mainly theoretical and gradually turns to clinical application.Research hotspots emerge one after another and are widely distributed.
