摘　　要：禀质指个人特质的来源本于“禀”,“禀”决定了“质”,即个体特质很大程度上源于对亲代遗传的禀承。人之禀质受遗传印记、祖气印记和生辰印记的影响,遗传印记是父母的禀质要素,包含了父母个人的祖气印记、生辰印记和上代、上上代家族的禀赋遗传信息,决定着个人先天禀赋印记的峰值高低。“祖气”即人的生命太极祖始之气,具有物质性、决定性、独特性和复合性。生辰印记是生命状态与主令运气的相互交感融汇。禀质辨治以“辨禀”(辨人)为核心,是完全独立于辨证体系之外、基于个体症状体征出现之前、一级预防层次的辨治体系。正常情况下,在太极圜道上,三阴三阳、五运六气、二十四节气、四象八卦整个系统保持着相对平衡的状态。所谓印记,就是强弱盛衰之气在人体太极圜道上留下的凸凹痕迹,形成了某种程度的不平衡。印记的强弱程度随各人的禀赋而异,如果作用力尚未超出病阈,人就耐受无恙;如果作用力较大,强者愈强,衰者更衰,超出个体的调节耐受能力,平衡遭到破坏,就会出现病灾。养生保健也要先辨“禀质”,作为个人最重要的健康信息,个人的禀质类型不仅应在健康档案上记载,本人也应知晓,以应诊疗或养生之需。如果记录完整,沿着健康和疾病的生命轨迹,还可对禀质与发病、转归及用药的关系与规律进行追踪和总结完善。Natural constitution refers to the origin of individual traits from"endowment",which determines"constitution",that is,individual traits are largely derived from the inheritance of parents.Human constitution is affected by genetic imprint,ancestral imprint and birth imprint.Genetic imprint is an essential element of parents′natural endowment,which includes parents′personal ancestral imprint,birth imprint and the endowment genetic information of the previous generation and the previous generation families,and determines the peak value of individual congenital endowment imprint."Ancestral qi"is the qi of the origin of human life Tai Chi,which is material,decisive,unique and complex.Birthday imprint is the mutual interaction between life state and dominant qi.The differentiation and treatment of natural constitution,with"differentiation of constitution"(differentiation of people)as the core,is a differentiation and treatment system that is completely independent of the system of syndrome differentiation,based on the level of primary prevention before the appearance of individual symptoms and signs.Under normal circumstances,on the circular path of Tai Chi,the whole system of three yin and three yang,five circuits and six qi,twenty-four solar terms,four images and eight trigrams maintains a relatively balanced state.The so-called imprint is the convex and concave mark left by the strong and weak qi in the human body′s Tai Chi circular path,forming a certain degree of imbalance.The strength degree of the imprint varies with each person′s endowment.If the force has not exceeded the disease threshold,people will tolerate it and be far away from illness.If the force is large,the stronger will become much stronger,while the weaker will become much weaker.If the individual′s regulatory tolerance is exceeded,the balance will be destroyed,and disease will occur.Even in terms of health care,it is necessary to distinguish"natural constitution"first.As the most important personal health information,the type of individu
