摘 要:【目的】小白鹭是湿地生态系统中常见食肉性水鸟,其组织器官的重金属分布特征与栖息地的污染状况密切相关。卵壳是一种易于获取、又无损伤性样品,是反映湿地生态系统重金属污染状况的良好检材。本文旨在掌握鄱阳湖小白鹭重金属污染状况及重金属富集特征,为开展鄱阳湖湿地重金属污染防治和水鸟保护提供数据和科学支撑。【方法】本文以鄱阳湖地区3个典型鹭鸟分布区的小白鹭卵壳为研究对象,通过电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)获得卵壳8种重金属(Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn、As、Pb、Cd、Hg)含量、3个分布区土壤样品中8种重金属含量和重金属富集系数。【结果】研究表明3个区域小白鹭卵壳内Zn含量均为最高,其他7种重金属含量有一定差异,分析3个区域小白鹭卵壳对土壤富集系数发现,Hg的富集系数远高于其他7种重金属。【结论】小白鹭受到鄱阳湖环境中重金属污染的影响,且重金属的含量受到食物链的影响。【Objective】Little egret is a common carnivorous waterbird in the wetland ecosystem.The distribution of heavy metals in its tissues reflects the habitat environment pollution.Eggshell is an easy-to-obtain and non-invasively sample,which is a good test material to reflect the heavy metal pollution in wetland ecosystems.This study aims to understand the heavy metal pollution level and bioaccumulation factors of little egret in Poyang Lake,so as to provide scientific data support for the management and protection of heavy metal pollution and waterbirds.【Method】The eggshells of little egrets from three typical distribution areas in Poyang Lake were taken as the research object.The contents of eight heavy metals(Cr,Cu,Ni,Zn,As,Pb,Cd,Hg)in the eggshell and the heavy metal bioaccumulation factors were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer(ICP-MS).【Result】The study showed that the Zn content in the eggshells of the little egrets in the three regions was the highest,and the contents of the other seven heavy metals were different.The analysis of the soil bioaccumulation factors of the eggshells of the little egrets in the three regions found that the bioaccumulation factors of Hg were much higher than that of the other seven.【Conclusion】These results indicated that little egrets are affected by heavy metal pollution in Poyang Lake,and the content of heavy metals is affected by the food chain.
