阿莫西林联合枸橼酸铋钾及克拉霉素治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用阿莫西林联合枸橼酸铋钾及克拉霉素治疗后的整体效果进行研究。方法 研究对象为120例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,均选自本院2019年1月至2020年1月期间所收治,按照计算机随机分配的方式分为两组;常规组60例患者采用常规治疗,方法为养胃冲剂1袋/次每日3次;选取奥美拉唑2 g,令患者口服,每日1~2次,两种药物均于饭后服用,共计治疗28 d;试验组60例患者采用阿莫西林联合枸橼酸铋钾及克拉霉素治疗,在常规治疗基础上选取阿莫西林0.25 g,令患者口服,每日3次;选取枸橼酸铋钾0.3 g,令患者口服,每日4次;选取克拉霉素0.25 g,令患者口服,每日3次,共计治疗28 d,对比分析两种治疗方案对慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。结果 对比临床治疗总有效率,试验组(93.33%)>常规组(80.00%),且试验组患者治疗后的症候积分和不良反应发生率较低,P <0.05。结论 阿莫西林联合枸橼酸铋钾及克拉霉素治疗方案效果显著,可以有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床症状。在常规治疗基础上,采取阿莫西林联合枸橼酸铋钾及克拉霉素联合治疗,能够显著改善患者各项临床症状,促使患者治疗效果提升,另外,联合治疗方式的实施,还能够降低患者出现呕吐、恶心等不良反应的概率,提高治疗总有效率和药物安全性。Objective To study the overall effect of amoxicillin combined with bismuth potassium citrate and clarithromycin in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were selected from January 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital and divided into two groups according to computer random allocation.60 patients in the conventional group were treated with conventional therapy.1 sachet/time of Yangwei granule infusion,3 times a day.Omeprazole 2 g was selected and given to the patient orally,1-2 times a day,and both drugs were taken after meals for a total of 28 days.In the experimental group,60 patients were treated with amoxicillin combined with bismuth potassium citrate and clarithromycin.On the basis of conventional treatment,0.25 g amoxicillin was selected,and the patients were given oral treatment,3 times a day.Bismuth potassium citrate 0.3 g was taken orally,4 times a day.Clarithromycin 0.25 g was selected and given to the patient orally,3 times a day,for a total of 28 days.The clinical efficacy of the two treatment plans on chronic atrophic gastritis was compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that of the conventional group(80.00%),and the incidence of symptoms and adverse reactions after treatment in the experimental group was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion Amoxicillin combined with bismuth potassium citrate and clarithromycin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.On the basis of conventional treatment,take joint bismuth potassium citrate amoxicillin and clarithromycin combined treatment,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,prompt treatment in patients with ascension,in addition,the implementation of the joint treatment,also can reduce patient vomiting,nausea,such as the probability of adverse reaction,increase the total effective rate and drug safety.
