摘  要:当列车通过小半径曲线地段时,钢轨产生较大的横向位移和扭转,严重影响行车安全,现场多采用轨撑对轨道结构进行加强,而轨撑对轨道结构的力学行为影响规律尚不清晰。建立精细化的有轨撑扣件系统有限元模型,对不同荷载垂横比下轨头横移量、轨底平移量、钢轨扭转量以及轨下垫板应力进行分析。结果表明,增设轨撑后轨头横移量、钢轨扭转量、钢轨轨底平移量明显减小;当荷载垂横比低于0.2时,轨撑对减小钢轨扭转量和钢轨轨底平移量作用不明显;当荷载垂横比超过0.2时,轨撑可减小0.8~2.1 mm的钢轨轨头横移,并降低0.5~1.35 mm的钢轨扭转量,轨撑的存在减小了垫板应力峰值,但垫板的应力仍呈非均匀分布。When the train passes the small-radius curve section,the rails produce large lateral displacement and torsion,which seriously affects the driving safety.Rail braces are often used on site to strengthen the track structure.However,the influence law of rail bracing on the mechanical behavior of the track structure is still unclear.A refined finite element model of the rail brace fastener system was established to analyze the lateral displacement of the rail head,the displacement of the rail bottom,the torsion of the rail and the stress of the under-rail plate under different vertical-to-lateral ratios of loads.The results show that the rail head transverse displacement,rail torsion amount and rail bottom displacement amount of the rail are significantly reduced after the addition of rail braces.When the vertical-to-horizontal load ratio is lower than 0.2,the rail brace has an little effect on reducing the rail torsion amount and the rail bottom translation amount;When the load vertical aspect ratio exceeds 0.2,the rail braces can reduce the rail head traversing of 0.8~2.1 mm,and reduce the amount of rail torsion by 0.5~1.35 mm.The presence of rail braces reduces the peak stress of the backing plate,but the stress of the backing plate is still unevenly distributed.
