摘　　要：采用微量法测定胜红蓟总黄酮抗氧化活性,采用CCK8法检测其对细胞增殖抑制率.结果发现,胜红蓟总黄酮具有较好的总抗氧化能力,对超氧阴离子、羟自由基和DPPH清除率高,而且能很好地抑制白血病细胞株THP-1、KGIA和Kasumi-1的增殖.由此可见,将胜红蓟变废为宝可通过利用其总黄酮的抗氧化和抗癌活性.Antioxidant activities were study by microdetermination,and CCK8 method was used to detect cell proliferation inhibition rate.The results showed that the total flavonoids from Ageratum conyzoides L.had better total antioxidant capacity,and high scavenging rate of superoxide anion,hydroxyl radical and DPPH.While which that could inhibit the proliferation of THP-1,KGIA and KasumI-1 cells grew up.So,it can be concluded that the weed Ageratum conyzoides L.can be converted into resource by utilizing the antioxidant and anticancer activities of its total flavonoids.
