摘 要:高校推行评教制度,直接影响着教师工作积极性,并促进了学生参与教学改革,对提高教学质量发挥了一定作用.基于某地方高校的评教制度和数据,应用描述性统计和方差分析法实证了教师特征、课程类型不会对评教得分产生差异;应用相关分析和多重线性回归从教师维度、学生维度分析了动态影响因素对评教得分的不同影响作用,最后提出评教管理建议,以期改进地方高校的评教管理水平.Teaching evaluation system not only directly affects the enthusiasm of teachers,also promotes students'participation in teaching reform and improves the teaching quality of universities.Based on the teaching evaluation system and data of a local university,descriptive statistics and analysis of variance are used to demonstrate that teachers'and curriculum characteristics will not make differences in teaching evaluation scores;Using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression,this paper analyzes different effects of dynamic influencing factors on teaching evaluation scores from the dimensions of teachers and students,and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the teaching evaluation management level for the local university.
