摘　　要：建筑工业化、数字化、智能化的转型升级对建工专业人才培养提出更高的要求,依托“产教融合、校企共育”人才培养模式,根据能力为本的教学理念,聚焦专业岗位职务能力,开展产教深度融合的企业实践教学改革。通过明确企业实践教学目标,构建企业实践教学课程内容,实施校企共育的企业实践教学,改革企业实践教学评价,促进学生专业岗位职务能力跃升。The transformation and upgrading of construction industrialization,digitalization and intelligentization have put forward higher requirements for the training of construction professionals.Relying on the talent training mode of"integration of production and education,co⁃education of schools and enterprises",and according to the competency⁃based teaching concept,we carried out the enterprise practice teaching reform of in⁃depth integration of production and education.Clarifying the objectives of enterprise practice teaching,we constructed the curriculum content of enterprise practice teaching,implemented the enterprise practice teaching of school⁃enterprise education,reformed the evaluation of enterprise practice teaching and promoted the improvement of students′professional ability.
