摘　　要：文章结合江浙沪皖地区的调研,从物质性、社交性和乡土新文化三方面释读数字农家书屋公共文化体验服务的含义和价值,剖析其建设转型中的问题,如数字农家书屋物质性阅读空间同质化,数字设备利用率较低;数字农家书屋的文化内容服务覆盖面不足,社会沟通纽带体验欠缺;乡土新文化方面传统文化认知与数字化如何协调。在此基础上,文章结合体验服务,论述数字农家书屋公共文化服务的功能建设转型和实践经验,阐发物质功能转型方面扎根地域风貌、改善数字农家书屋的阅读空间体验;社交功能转型方面弹性数字阅读与文化服务内容建设;乡土新文化方面出版内容文化启发与传播韧性途径。Based on the research in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui,the article explaines the meaning and value of the experience service of public culture in digital rural libraries from three aspects:physical,sociability and local new culture.It also analyzes the problems in its construction and transformation,such as the homogenization of physical reading space in digital rural bookstores and the lack of efficiency of digital equipment;the insufficiency in the coverage of cultural content services of digital rural bookstores and in the social communication bond experience;the coordination of the traditional culture cognition and digitization from the perspective of local new culture.On this basis,combined with experience services,this article discusses the transformation of the function construction and practical experience of the digital rural libraries in terms of public culture.This article expounds that the transformation of physical functions takes root in the regional style and features,which improves the reading space experience of digital rural libraries.This article also emphasizes that the social function transformation,flexible digital reading and cultural service content construction,as well as the cultural inspiration of publishing content and the way of communication resilience on the new local culture level.
