摘  要:目的探讨微创下置管抽吸液化引流手术治疗脑出血患者的效果及对美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年2月我院接收的60例脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将其分为传统组和微创组,每组30例。传统组采用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗,微创组采用微创下置管抽吸液化引流手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,微创组的NIHSS评分低于传统组,斯堪的那维亚卒中量表(SSS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分高于传统组(P<0.05)。微创组的并发症总发生率为3.33%,显著低于传统组的23.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,微创组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平均低于传统组(P<0.05)。微创组的手术时间短于传统组,术中出血量少于传统组(P<0.05)。治疗后,微创组的生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论微创下置管抽吸液化引流手术治疗脑出血患者的效果显著,可降低并发症总发生率,调节炎性因子水平,改善NIHSS、SSS、ADL评分及生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive aspiration and liquefaction drainage in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its influence on National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral hemorrhage received in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into traditional group and minimally invasive group according to treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with small bone window craniotomy hematoma removal,and the minimally invasive group was treated with minimally invasive aspiration and liquefaction drainage.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the traditional group,the Scandinavian Stoke Scale(SSS)and Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)scores were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications rate in the minimally invasive group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 23.33%in the traditional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the minimally invasive group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The operation time in the minimally invasive group was shorter than that in the traditional group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the minimally invasive group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive aspiration and liquefaction drainage in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage has significant effects,it can reduce the total incidence of complications,regulate the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the scores of NIHSS,SSS,ADL and quality of life,which is worthy of clinic
