摘 要:采用臭氧工艺代替传统退煮漂工艺对纯棉织物进行处理,对比两种工艺处理后织物的半成品指标及印花效果。结果表明:臭氧工艺处理与传统退煮漂工艺处理织物的幅宽、密度相差不大,臭氧处理织物面密度达到140 g/m2,高于传统退煮漂织物;臭氧工艺处理织物的经纬向强力和白度均优于传统退煮漂工艺;但臭氧工艺处理织物的退浆级别仅有5级,毛效也比传统退煮漂略差。臭氧工艺处理织物印花水洗后正面K/S值为16.87,高于传统退煮漂工艺处理的织物,反面K/S值较传统退煮漂织物低;臭氧工艺处理织物印花水洗后耐干、湿摩擦色牢度及水泡色牢度分别为4级、2级和4~5级,均好于传统退煮漂处理的织物。The pure cotton fabrics are treated by ozone treatment instead of the traditional desizing,scouring and bleaching.The semi-finished products and printing effects of the fabrics after ozone treatment and tradi⁃tional process are compared.The results show that there is no difference in width and density of the fabrics be⁃tween the two processes.The area density of the ozone treated fabric reaches 140 g/m2,which is higher than that of the traditional process.The warp and weft strength and the whiteness of fabrics with ozone process is better than that of the traditional process,but the desizing level of ozone-treated fabric is only 5.The capillary effect is slightly worse than that of traditional process.The K/S value of the front side of ozone-treated fabrics after washing is 16.87,which is higher than that of traditional process,but the K/S value of the reverse side is smaller than that of traditional process.The color fastness to drying,wet rubbing and bleeding after washing of the fabric with ozone process is Grade 4,Grade 2 and Grade 4-5,respectively,which are better than the fabric treated with traditional process.
