摘　　要：目的探讨CT在原发性输尿管癌预后分析中的应用价值。方法收集101例行根治性肾输尿管切除术治疗的原发性输尿管癌患者的CT及病历资料,进行Cox回归分析。结果CT征象中影响输尿管癌患者长期生存率的危险因素有多发病灶、坏死囊变、瘤周脂肪浸润深度、邻近器官组织侵犯、淋巴结转移。结论CT征象中的病灶是否多发、坏死囊变、瘤周脂肪浸润深度、邻近器官组织侵犯、淋巴结转移为影响输尿管癌患者预后的危险因素。ObjectiveTo discuss the application value of CT in the prognostic analysis of primary ureteral carcinoma.MethodsA total of 10l patients with primary ureteral carcinoma who underwent radical nephroureterectomy were collected,the CT images and clinical data were analyzed via Cox regression analysis.Results The risk factors presented on CT signs that affecting the long-term survival rate of patients with ureteral carcinoma included multiple lesions,necrotic and cystic lesions,depth of peritumoral fat infiltration,invasive tissue adjacent to the tumor and lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The CT signs including multiple lesions,necrotic and cystic lesions,depth of peritumoral fat infiltration,invasive tissue adjacent to the tumor,and lymph node metastasis are the risk prognostic factors in patients withureteral carcinoma.
