摘  要:目的评价以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在临床检验诊断学专业硕士研究生培养中的教学改革意义。方法将宁夏回族自治区人民医院临床医学检验诊断中心2019年1月—2020年12月的5名专硕和15名住培学员纳入研究对象,共20名,研究前半程采用传统讲授式教学法,后半程采取CBL教学法。教学结束后,采取理论测试、实际操作能力考核、问卷调查等方式评估教学效果。结果后半程的理论测试、实际操作能力评估、问卷反馈的结果均明显优于前半程,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法对于提升临床检验诊断学专业硕士研究生的整体素质非常重要,并能提高带教老师的教学质量水平,产生教与学的双赢作用。Objective To evaluate the significance of teaching reform based on CBL(case-based learning)in the training of clinical laboratory diagnostics postgraduates.Methods A total of 20 students from Clinical Medical Laboratory Diagnosis Center,People’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study.The first half of the study was conducted by traditional teaching method,and the second half was conducted on the basis of CBL teaching method.After the teaching,the teaching effect was evaluated by theory test,practical operation ability examination and questionnaire survey.Results The results of theoretical test,practical operation ability evaluation and questionnaire feedback in the second half were significantly better than those in the first half,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching method plays an important role in improving the overall quality of clinical laboratory diagnostics graduate students,and can improve the teaching quality level of teachers,which has a win-win effect on teaching and learning.
