摘　　要：西藏自治区那曲市海拔达4500米,高寒缺氧的自然地理条件制约了当地医疗事业的发展。培养和建设当地的医疗人才队伍是提升那曲市医疗服务能力的关键。依托医疗人才“组团式”援藏开展的外科继续教育已经取得了较好的教学效果,但在急诊诊疗、开放式手术、实时交互等教学方面存在着较大的限制。那曲市人民医院依托“亮亮视野”远程医疗平台开展智能信息化的援藏外科继续教育,较好地克服了时间、地域对教学效果的限制,提升了援藏外科继续教育的教学效果,同时也为援藏医学继续教育模式的不断完善提供了实践依据。The altitude of Naqu in Tibet Autonomous Region is 4500 meters.The natural and geographical conditions of high-cold and hypoxia restrict the development of local medical enterprise.Training and building the local medical talents team is the key to improve the medical service ability of Naqu.Relying on the“group type”medicine talents supporting Tibe,the surgical continuing education had attained preferable teaching results.However,there are still some limitations in emergency diagnosis and treatment,open surgery,real-time interaction and other aspects.Relying on the“Liangliang Vision”telemedicine platform,Naqu people’s hospital carry out the intelligent and information mode of surgery continuing education of supporting Tibet,which overcome the limitations of time and region to the teaching,improve the teaching effect of surgery continuing education of supporting Tibet,and provide practical basis for the mode improvement of medicine continuing education of supporting Tibet.
