教学医院文化与医学生人文教育关系的思考

摘　　要：医院文化是医院发展的动力之源,渗透在医院管理的方方面面。教学医院做为医学生的临床实践基地,是医学教育体系的重要组成部分,也是医学人文教育从理论走向实践的重要载体。与非教学医院相比,教学医院文化有其独特的内涵特征。医学生在教学医院进行临床实践的同时,也受到教学医院文化的持久影响。因此,教学医院的文化建设与在院医学生的人文教育息息相关。在新医学模式下,人文教育在医学教育体系中的重要性更加突出。教学医院文化建设与医学生人文教育的协同发展,也备受医院管理者和医学教育者的关注。文章阐述了医院文化及医学生人文教育的内涵及现状,并深入探讨和思考教学医院文化与医学生人文教育的关系,以期促进教学医院与医学生互利共赢、共同发展。Hospital culture is the source of motivation for the development of hospital,which penetrates in all aspects of hospital management.As a clinical practice base for medical students,teaching hospital is an important part of the graduate medical education system for medical students,considered as an important carrier of medical humanities education from theory to practice.Compared with nonteaching hospitals,teaching hospital culture has its own unique connotation and characteristics.While performing clinical practice in teaching hospital,medical students are also subject to the lasting influence of teaching hospital culture.So,the cultural construction of teaching hospital is closely related to the humanistic education of medical students.Under the new medical model,the importance of humanistic education in the medical education system is more prominent.The coordinated development of the cultural construction of teaching hospitals and the humanistic education of medical students has also attracted the attention of hospital administrators and medical educators.This article reviews the connotation and current situation of hospital culture and humanistic education for medical students,and deeply explores and thinks about the relationship between them,in order to promote mutual benefit and common development between teaching hospitals and medical students.
