禅茶文化在杭州“茶都”建设中的地位与作用

摘　　要：杭州不仅是中华茶文化的重要发源地,也是禅茶文化的重要兴盛地。2005年,8家“国字号”茶业机构授予杭州“中国茶都”称号。自授牌以来,杭州茶产业和茶文化趁势而上,迎来了历史最好的发展时期。文章阐述杭州禅茶文化渊源和主要特征,分析当前杭州弘扬禅茶文化的不足之处,并对今后杭州“茶都”建设的发展提出对策和展望,以期进一步巩固杭州“茶都”地位和促进杭州茶产业的发展。Hangzhou is not only an important birthplace of Chinese tea culture,but also an important prosperous place of Zen tea culture.In 2005,8"national brand"tea institutions awarded Hangzhou the title of"China's Tea Capital".Since the awarding,Hangzhou tea industry and tea culture have taken advantage of the trend and ushered in the best development period in history.By expounding the origin and main characteristics of Zen tea culture in Hangzhou,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of promoting the Zen tea culture in Hangzhou,and put forward countermeasures and prospects for the future development,in order to further consolidate the status ofHangzhou as the"China'sTeaCapital"and promote the development of Hangzhou's tea industry.
