摘 要:新工科建设以人才培养与知识生产互通互构为主要特征,以培育高质量工程教育人才为根本使命。自中国正式加入《华盛顿协议》,中国工程教育便迎来了新的机遇和挑战,根据“新工科”建设的行动路线和“解决复杂工程问题的能力”的教学目标,高校必须以成果导向教育(OBE)理论指导人才培养模式的创新,以人才培养结果为基础反向设计人才培养方案。以卓越质量观为育人理念;培育引领社会需求及工程科技应用实践的跨学科多元育人体系;推行以学生为中心的产教合作命运共同体;把内部需求与外部资源相融合以增强人才产出社会效能,从而助推新工科人才培养提质增效。The construction of new engineering is characterized by the interconnection and integration of talent training and knowledge production,and the fundamental mission is to cultivate high-quality engineering talents.Since China formally joined the Washington Agreement,China’s engineering education has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.According to the roadmap of"new engineering"construction and the teaching goal of"ability to solve complex engineering problems",it is required that the innovation of talent training mode in universities must be guided by the Outcomes-based Education(OBE)theory,and the talent training scheme must be designed reversely based on the talent training results.Universities should take excellent quality as the educational philosophy,cultivate an interdisciplinary and diversified education system that leads the social needs and the application of engineering science and technology,promote the"student-centered"community of industry-education cooperation,integrate internal demands with external resources to enhance the social effects of new engineering talents output,so as to maximize the quality and efficiency of new engineering talents training.
