流变学评价聚乳酸共混体系相容性的研究

摘  要:流变学是构建聚合物共混体系组成、相态结构和流变行为关系的一种有效手段。运用旋转流变仪,通过低频未端区斜率法、Cole-Cole曲线法、Han曲线法和Van Gurp-Palmen曲线法表征及探讨了不同分子量大小的聚乳酸组成的二元共混体系的相容性。结果表明,质量组分比为90/10的聚乳酸共混体系具有相容性高、黏度及模量大和塑化效果优的特点;通过流变学评价聚乳酸共混体系相容性的策略是可行的。Rheology was an effective mean to construct relationships between the composition,phase structure and rheological behavior of polymer blends.In this paper,the compatibility of binary blend systems composed of different molecular weight poly(lactic acid)(PLA)was characterized and investigated by low-frequency unterminated region slope method,Cole-Cole plot method,Han plot method and Van Gurp-Palmen plot method using a rotational rheometer.The results show that the PLA blends with a mass component ratio of 90/10 are characterized by high compatibility,high viscosity and modulus,and excellent plasticization effect,the strategy of evaluating the compatibility of poly(lactic acid)blends by rheology is feasible.
