摘  要:新冠肺炎疫情全球爆发已对国际教育产生了深刻的影响,进而阻碍了经济、社会繁荣发展。英国为应对疫情影响,复苏国际教育,于2021年2月发布《2021国际教育战略:支持恢复,驱动增长》。该战略在广泛协商、充分调研论证的基础上通过一系列改革行动来推动目标的实现,包括:全方位多措并举,提高教育出口份额;全面施行学生奖助学金以及学费减免政策,推动国际学生数量可持续增长;多层次采用混合教学模式,保障国际学生学习效果;全过程提升国际学生就读满意度,推广英国成为全球学习目的地;全阶段制定“国际合格教师资格”,出口卓越教师培训等。但英国在具体改革行动过程中也面临着国际竞争加剧、经费紧缩等一系列挑战,这对我国国际教育发展有着重要启示。The global outbreak of coviD-19 has had a profound impact on international education,which has hindered the development of economic and social prosperity.In response to the impact of the outbreak and revive international education,the UK's International Education Strategy 2021 Update:Supporting Recovery,Driving Growth was released in February 2021 to further drive economic growth.Based on adequate research,the strategy has adopted a series of reform actions to advance the objectives,including all-round measures to increase the share of education exports,full implementation student bursaries and tuition fee reduction policy to promote sustainable growth in the number of international students,multilevel use of mixed teaching model to ensure the learning effect of international students,full stage to develop"international qualified teacher qualifi-cation"to export excellent teacher training,and so on.But the UK also faces a series of challenges,such as in-creased international competition and tight funding,in the course of concrete reform actions,which has an im-portant enlightenment to the development of international education in China.
