摘 要:针对防撞自动刹车系统容易受到复杂动态环境影响,导致自动刹车距离与实际情况不符的问题,设计基于毫米波雷达的露天矿区车辆防撞自动刹车系统。添加毫米波雷达传感器,通过集成显示器,为车辆行驶提供高清画面。使用360度全景影像监控,实时采集周围高清视频画面。引入无量纲量和中间比较因子,计算行车间距。通过图像动态识别算法,实时显示清晰路况,精准确定目标位置。通过实验得出,该系统自动刹车曲线与实际刹车曲线基本相符,最大横向误差只有2 m。Aiming at the problem that the anti-collision automatic braking system is easy to be affected by the complex dynamic environment,resulting in the inconsistency between the automatic braking distance and the actual situation,a vehicle anti-collision automatic braking system in open-pit mining area based on millimeter wave radar is designed.Add millimeter wave radar sensor and provide high-definition picture for vehicle driving through integrated display.Use 360 degree panoramic image monitoring to collect surrounding HD video images in real time.Dimensionless quantity and intermediate comparison factor are introduced to calculate the driving distance.Through the image dynamic recognition algorithm,the clear road conditions can be displayed in real time and the target position can be determined accurately.The experimental results show that the automatic braking curve of the system is basically consistent with the actual braking curve,and the maximum transverse error is only 2 m.
