面向实战化要求的岗位资格培训教学改革——以“水面舰艇机电业务长”班次为例

摘  要:岗位资格培训是军事职业教育的重要组成部分。岗位资格培训的专业建设必须按照实战化标准要求,基于岗位任务设置课程内容体系、优化组训模式、提升教学保障条件。以“水面舰艇机电业务长”班次为例,从专业建设思路和教学改革举措介绍了该班次实战化教学改革的基本情况,归纳了任职培训专业实战化建设的四个原则:坚持以岗位任职为牵引,加强顶层设计;坚持以实战问题为导向,设置教学内容;坚持以提升效果为标准,创新组训模式;坚持强化教员的责任心,持续推进改革。希望能够为其他军队院校任职培训专业的建设提供借鉴。Post qualification training is an important part of military vocational education.The professional construction of post qualification training must be in accordance with the requirements of the actual combat standard,set up the course content system based on the post task,optimize the group training mode,and improve the teaching guarantee conditions.Taking the shift of"Chief of Mechanical and Electrical Operations of Warship"as an example,this paper introduces the basic situation of the actual combat teaching reform of this shift from the ideas of specialty construction and teaching reform measures.We have summed up four principles of the actual combat construction of the post training major.The first is to adhere to the guidance of post holding and strengthen top-level design.The second is to adhere to the guidance of practical problems and set up teaching content.The third is to adhere to the standard of improving the effect and innovate the training mode.The fourth is to insist on strengthening teachers'sense of responsibility and continue to promote reform.We hope it can provide reference for the construction of the professional training of other military academies.
