摘 要:传统机械式手动调压器的碳刷长期使用后易出现老化、破损及接触不良等问题,可能导致调压器三相电压输出严重不对称.为此,设计了一种隔离式三相全控型电子电力调压电源.从调压电源的拓扑结构设计入手,在此基础上对调压电源的滤波参数进行计算,最后对调压电源的Buck斩波和三相逆变电路的控制策略和控制参数进行选择和整定.为评估所提出电源的合理性及大幅度调压的有效性,在Matlab/Simulink平台中构建了仿真模型,研究了调压电源的升、降压动稳态性能及抗扰动性能.仿真结果表明所提出的隔离式全控型调压电源具有调压精度高、调压范围宽、动态响应快、鲁棒性强等优点.The carbon brushes of traditional mechanical voltage regulators are liable to aging,breakage and poor contact after long-term use,which may cause serious asymmetry of the three-phase voltage output of the regulator.For this reason,an isolated three-phase fully controlled electronic power regulator is designed.Starting from the topological structure design of the voltage regulated power supply,the filter parameters of the voltage regulated power supply are calculated.Finally,the control strategies and parameters of the Buck chopping and three-phase inverting circuit of the voltage regulated power supply are selected and adjusted.In order to evaluate the rationality of the proposed power supply and the effectiveness of large-scale voltage regulation,a simulation model is built on the Matlab/Simulink platform,and the dynamic and steady-state performance and anti-disturbance performance of the voltage-regulated power supply are studied.The simulation results show that the isolated fully controlled voltage regulator has the advantages of high voltage regulation accuracy,wide voltage regulation range,fast dynamic response and strong robustness.
