摘 要:文章通过一款涡轮增压汽油机,研究了不同中冷后进气温度对发动机及整车油耗的影响,研究结果表明:随着中冷后温度的增加,发动机爆震倾向增加,发动机最小燃油消耗率点向低负荷转移,最小燃油消耗率恶化1.5%。工况点向低负荷转移后,点火提前角和燃烧相位随中冷后温度增加变化不大,燃油消耗率随中冷后温度变化影响较小;中大负荷通过推迟点火提前角控制爆震强度在限制内,导致燃烧相位和燃烧循环波动率恶化,燃油消耗率升高。中冷后气体温度对整车油耗有影响,结合不同中冷后温度的燃油消耗率试验结果,控制WLTC循环运行工况点,整车油耗改善3.3%。Through a turbocharged gasoline engine,the influence of intake air temperature after intercooling on engine and vehicle fuel consumption is studied.The results show that,with the increase of intercooling temperature,the engine knock tendency is increased,the engine minimum fuel consumption rate point is shifted to low load,and the minimum fuel consumption rate is deteriorated by 1.5%.After being transferred to low load,the ignition advance angle and combustion phase remain basically unchanged with the increase of intercooling temperature,and the fuel consumption rate has little effect with the increase of intercooling temperature.The detonation intensity is controlled within the limit by delaying the ignition advance angle,leading to the deterioration of combustion phase and combustion cycle fluctuation.As a result,fuel consumption rate is increased.The gas temperature after intercooling has influence on the fuel consumption of the vehicle.Combined with the fuel consumption rate test results at different intercooling temperatures,the fuel consumption of the vehicle is improved by 3.3%by controlling the WLTC cycle operating point.
