摘　　要：最新版的《国际贸易术语解释通则2020》(INCOTERMS 2020)已于2020年1月1日起正式实施。从贸易实践角度说明贸易术语与国际货物买卖合同、运输合同、保险合同、支付合同等的关系,分析INCOTERMS 2020对贸易实践的积极影响和在使用中应注意的问题。向学习者和使用者们提出新规则的使用建议,以促进和推动贸易术语的普及与规范使用。The latest version of"International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms 2020"(INCOTERMS 2020)has been formally implemented on January 1,2020.This article intends to explain the relationships between trade terms and the contracts for the international sales of goods,contracts of carriage,insurance contracts,payment contracts from the perspective of trade practice,analyzes the positive impact of the new rule INCOTERMS 2020 on trade practice,also its inadequacies and possible problems in use.Finally,the paper proposes recommendations for the use of the new rule for learners and users.The purpose of this paper is to promote the popularization and standardized use of trade terms.
