摘　　要：口腔唾液腺黏液囊肿是较为常见的唾液腺瘤样病变,常常由外伤后唾液腺导管受损致使涎液无法正常排出而引起。传统治疗方法为手术摘除,随着冷冻、微波、激光及囊腔内药物注射等治疗方法的出现,手术已不作为首选治疗方法。不管是手术方法还是非手术治疗,都有不可避免的缺点和不良反应。近年来囊腔内注射盐酸异丙嗪的治疗方法,因其简单、微创、疗效好、不良反应少等优越性而引起了临床的广泛关注,治愈机理可能与盐酸异丙嗪的抗胆碱和局部刺激作用从而使腺体停止分泌有关,但其确切机制目前尚不明确,这也成为临床不易推广应用的原因之一。本文综述了黏液囊肿目前的治疗手段及其优缺点和相关机制,重点介绍了盐酸异丙嗪治疗黏液囊肿的研究现状,论述其可能的治疗机理及其研究和应用前景,以期为临床治疗方法的选择和进一步研究方向提供指导。Mucoceles is a common salivary adenomatous lesion,which is usually caused by injury of salivary gland duct and the inability of salivary fluid to discharge normally.The traditional treatment method is surgical removal,but with the advent of treatments such as freezing,microwave,laser and intra-capsular drug injection,surgery is not used as the preferred treatment.There are inevitable shortcomings and adverse reactions for both surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.In recent years,because the treatment of cystic cavity promethazine hydrochloride injection method is simple,minimally invasive,and has good curative effects,less adverse reactions and other advantages,it has aroused wide attention.The clinical cure mechanism may be related to the anticholine and local stimulation of promethazine hydrochloride,which makes the gland stop secreting,but the exact mechanism is unclear at present,so it has become one of the reasons for hard applications.This paper reviews the current treatment methods of mucocele and their advantages and disadvantages and related mechanisms,focuses on the research status of promethazine hydrochlorid in treating slimine cysts,and its possible therapeutic mechanism,research and application prospects were discussed,in order to provide guidance for the choice of clinical treatment methods and further research direction.
