摘　　要：众所周知,在高等院校教学质量管理环节,需要科学应用经验管理模式、文化管理模式以及科学管理模式,其中文化管理模式属于柔性管理代表模式之一。相较于传统高校管理模式,文化管理模式更具人性化,更加满足新时期背景下高校师生的多元化发展需求。基于此,该文深度分析在高等院校教学质量管理环节引入文化管理模式的实践策略,供广大教育界同仁参考。As we all know,in the link of teaching quality management in colleges and universities,we need to scientifically apply experience management mode,cultural management mode and scientific management mode.Among them,cultural management mode belongs to one of the representative modes of flexible management.Compared with the traditional university management mode,the cultural management mode is more humanized and meets the diversified development needs of university teachers and students in the new era.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the practical strategy of introducing cultural management mode into the teaching quality management of colleges and universities,which can be used as a reference for colleagues in the educational circles.
