摘　　要：随着临床研究的进展,越来越多的研究发现,蠕形螨感染与睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)密切相关。目前,临床普遍认为蠕形螨可通过物理性损伤、炎症反应及免疫反应的途径促进MGD的发生发展。治疗蠕形螨感染导致MGD的方法主要是物理治疗、外用药物、口服药物、中药复方及综合治疗。本文从蠕形螨感染与MGD的相关性、发病机制及中西医治疗方法3个方面进行综述,以期引起医患对蠕形螨感染相关MGD的防治的重视,明确蠕形螨感染与MGD关系,并对治疗蠕形螨感染相关的MGD提供帮助。With the development of clinical research,more and more studies have found that demodex infection is strongly associated with meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD).At present,it is generally believed that demodex can promote the occurrence and development of MGD through physical damage,inflammatory response and immune response.The treatment methods for MGD caused by demodex infection are mainly physical therapy,topical drugs,oral drugs,Traditional Chinese Medicine formulae and combined treatment.This article reviews the correlation,pathogen⁃esis and treatment methods of demodex infection and MGD,in order to attract the attention of doctors and patients toward the prevention and treatment of MGD related to demodex infection,clarify the relationship between demodex infection and MGD,and provide help for the treatment of MGD related to demodex infection.
