摘 要:目的评价基于“微课”的翻转课堂在住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选择2020年3月—2021年6月在上海中医药大学附属曙光医院眼科进行规培的医生共102人,按批次随机分为观察组(n=54)和对照组(n=48)。在住院医师规范化培训《中医眼科学》小讲课教学中,对观察组学生采用课前“微课”视频学习、小组单位讨论、选出代表讲解、老师答疑的教学方式,对照组实施传统小讲课教学,使用问卷调查比较2组学生在教学后测评中的答题情况、掌握程度自我评价以及对课程的评价。结果(1)专业测试:与对照组比较,观察组学员中青光眼测试题的正确率升高(χ^(2)=6.123,P=0.013),差异有统计学意义;2组学员眼睑、眼底疾病测试题的正确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)自我评价:与对照组比较,观察组在“绿风内障的诊断处理能力”“黄斑区结构和功能的认识”2个方面完全掌握和基本掌握的总人数升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)绿风内障=6.481,P=0.011;χ^(2)黄斑=4.782,P=0.029);其余方面比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。(3)课程评价:在知识的掌握和应用、提升学习兴趣和团队协作方面分别获得87.80%、75.93%和74.08%学员的肯定,但仍有16.67%的学员对学习时间、14.81%的学员对课件的满意度低。结论“微课”翻转课堂在住院医师规范化培训中的应用,有助于学生知识的内化,自主学习的能力提升,可以持续开展和完善。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the application effect of flipped classroom teaching method based on"micro lecture"on standardized training of residents.METHODS A total of 102 doctors,who were taking Ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine resident standardization training in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during March 2020 to June 2021,were divided into two groups:There were 54 students in observation group and 48 students in control group.In the regular clinical lecture,the observation group students previewed the knowledge before class with micro lecture,took group discussion,elected representatives to make presentation,and raised questions which would be answered by teacher.The control group took traditional regular teaching.After that,the test result,self-evaluation and the course evaluation of subjects from two groups were compared by questionnaire.RESULTS(1)Professional test:Compared with the control group,the correct rate of glaucoma test questions in the observation group increased(χ^(2)=6.123,P=0.013),the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the accuracy of eyelid and fundus disease test questions(P>0.05).(2)Self-evaluation:Compared with the control group,the total number of people in the observation group who completely and basically mastered the two aspects of"diagnosis and processing ability of green wind cataract"and"understanding of the structure and function of macular region"increased,with statistically significant differences(χ^(2)Greenwindbarrier=6.481,P=0.011;χ^(2)Macula=4.782,P=0.029).There was no significant difference in other aspects(all P>0.05).(3)Course evaluation:Finally,87.80%,75.93%and 74.08%of the students showed positive view toward their mastery and application of knowledge,improvement of learning interest and teamwork,but 16.67%of the students were still dissatisfied with the learning time and 14.81%of the students were dissatisfied with the courseware.CONCLUSIONS
