健康中国背景下锦州市社区老年人认知功能与成功老龄化的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨健康中国背景下社区老年人认知功能与成功老龄化之间的关系,以及自我感知老化和孤独感在二者关系中的作用,为促进社区老年人成功老龄化提供理论依据。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样方法选取锦州市社区318名60岁及以上老年人进行调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:社区老年人认知功能、自我感知老化、孤独感、成功老龄化之间均存在显著相关性(P<0.01)。认知功能对成功老龄化有直接正向预测作用,效应值为0.215,占总效应的41.19%。认知功能还可通过3条中介路径间接影响成功老龄化,包括自我感知老化的中介作用、孤独感的中介作用以及自我感知老化和孤独感的链式中介作用,中介效应分别占总效应的33.14%、15.33%、10.34%。结论:社区老年人的认知功能可以分别通过自我感知老化和孤独感间接对成功老龄化产生影响,并且自我感知老化、孤独感在认知功能和成功老龄化之间存在链式中介作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between cognitive function and successful aging and the effect of self-perception of aging and loneliness between them among the elderly in the community in the background of Healthy China,so as to provide theoretical evidence for promoting successful aging of the elderly in the community.Methods:A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to select 318 older adults aged 60 years and above in the community in Jinzhou for investigation,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:There were significant correlations between cognitive function,self-perception of aging,loneliness and successful aging among the elderly in the community(P<0.01).Cognitive function had a direct positive effect on successful aging with an effect value of 0.215,accounting for 41.19% of the total effect.Analysis of mediating effects revealed that cognitive function influenced successful aging through three indirect pathways,which included the mediating effect of self-perception of aging,the mediating effect of loneliness and the chain mediating effect of self-perception of aging and loneliness.The mediating effect accounted for 33.14%,15.33% and 10.34% of the total effect respectively.Conclusion:The cognitive function of older adults in the community can indirectly influence successful aging through self-perception of aging and loneliness respectively,and there is a chain mediating effect of self-perception of aging and loneliness between cognitive function and successful aging.
