放化疗综合治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究放化疗综合治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的效果及安全性。方法112例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者,依据治疗方式不同分为A组(48例)与B组(64例)。A组患者均接受单纯放疗,B组患者均接受放化疗综合治疗。对比两组身体状况、生活质量及毒副反应。结果B组KPS评分(75.6±5.1)分高于A组的(64.4±6.5)分,生命质量测定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分(70.1±5.1)分低于A组的(116.8±4.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组放射性食管炎、放射性肺炎、骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、放射性直肠炎Ⅲ~Ⅳ级毒副反应占比对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中晚期恶性肿瘤患者接受放化疗综合治疗效果比较理想,可以明显改善患者生活质量,值得推荐使用。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of middle-advanced malignant tumors.Methods A total of 112 patients with middle-advanced malignant tumors were divided into group A(48 cases)and group B(64 cases)according to different treatment methods.All patients in group A received radiotherapy alone,while patients in group B all received combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The physical status,quality of life and toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The KPS score(75.6±5.1)points of group B was higher than(64.4±6.5)points of group A,and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score(70.1±5.1)points was lower than(116.8±4.2)points of group A.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the grading of radiation esophagitis,radiation pneumonitis,bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reactions,and radiation proctitis gradeⅢ-Ⅳand toxic and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy for patients with middle-advanced malignant tumors is ideal,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of recommendation.
