摘  要:目的探讨对患有骨质疏松患者采取阿仑膦酸钠及唑来膦酸治疗的意义。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月在辽宁省中国医科大学附属盛京医院大连医院内分泌科的80例患有骨质疏松患者,按照治疗方法的不同分组,对照组40例骨质疏松采用给予标准剂量阿仑膦酸钠进行干预治疗,试验组40例患有骨质疏松患者采取唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组患者接受治疗后的该组临床有效率。比较两组患者接受治疗后患者临床生存质量评价评分、骨质疏松症症状评分、VAS评分、安全性评分。结果试验组患者接受治疗后该组临床有效率为75.00%,对照组治疗后该组临床有效率为60.00%,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者接受治疗后患者临床生存质量评价评分、骨质疏松症症状评分、VAS评分、安全性评分比较优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松来说,采取唑来膦酸治疗的临床效果较好,可以有效改善骨质疏松情况。Objective To explore the significance of alendronate and zoledronic acid in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods Eighty patients with osteoporosis in the Department of Endocrinology,Dalian Hospital,Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected.According to different treatment methods,40 patients in the control group were treated with standard dose alendronate;40 patients with osteoporosis in the experimental group were treated with zoledronic acid.The clinical effective rates of the two groups were compared.The quality of life score,osteoporosis symptom score,VAS score and safety score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate was 75.00%in the experimental group and 60.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score,osteoporosis symptom score,VAS score and safety score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic acid has a good clinical effect on osteoporosis,which can effectively improve the situation of osteoporosis.Therefore,zoledronic acid should be used for osteoporosis.
