微生物检验在尿路感染诊断中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析微生物检验在尿路感染诊断中的作用。方法选择我院接受治疗的100例尿路感染患者展开分析,患者最早入院时间在2018年5月,最晚入院时间在2020年12月,以随机分配为原则,将参与研究的患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,即观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),两组均采集清洁中断尿来进行检验,两组患者的检验方式不同,观察组实施微生物检验,而对照组实施常规检验,根据检验结果来对患者进行对应的抗生素治疗。结果两组患者在经过检验后发现,观察组和对照组的诊断准确率对比,前者的诊断准确例数为48例,准确率为96.00%,后者的诊断准确例数为39例,准确率为78.00%,观察组诊断准确率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据检验结果,对两组患者实施不同的治疗方法,观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率比较存在显著差异,观察组仅有2例患者治疗无效,且均为轻度感染,而对照组有14例治疗无效,轻度、中度和重度感染均有,观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尿路感染患者的临床诊断中,采用微生物检验的效果更好,能够准确的诊断疾病。根据诊断结果来为患者实施针对性的治疗,从而提高治疗效果,对患者的疾病康复有利。Objective To study and analyze the effect of microbial test in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 100 patients with urinary tract infection treated in our hospital were selected for analysis.The earliest admission time of patients was In May 2018,and the latest admission time was in December 2020.According to the principle of random allocation,the patients participating in the study were divided into two groups according to the number table method,namely observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).Clean interrupted urine was collected for testing.The two groups of patients had different testing methods.The observation group was subjected to microbial testing,while the control group was subjected to routine testing,and corresponding antibiotic treatment was performed for patients according to the test results.Results After examination,it was found that the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),compared with that of the control group,the former was 48 cases with an accuracy rate of 96.00%,while the latter was 39 cases with an accuracy rate of 78.00%.According to the test results,different treatment methods were applied to the two groups of patients.There were significant differences in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group.In the observation group,there were only 2 cases of ineffective treatment,and all of them were mild infection,while in the control group,there were 14 cases of ineffective treatment,mild,moderate and severe infection.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%higher than that of the control group(72.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with urinary tract infection,the effect of microbial test is better,and the disease can be accurately diagnosed.According to the diagnosis results,to implement targeted treatment for patients,so as to improve the treatment effect,disease rehabilitation of pat
