摘　　要：历经近三年的调研、起草、几易其稿,教育部《关于推进新时代普通高等学校学历继续教育改革的实施意见》正式印发。《实施意见》以“全面规范、提高质量”为主线,对普通高校学历继续教育改革作出全面部署,推动形成办学结构合理、质量标准完善、办学行为规范、监管措施有效、保障机制健全的新格局。这是新中国成立以来,教育部出台的第一个专门面向普通高校学历继续教育改革的政策性文件,它标志着我国高等学历继续教育进入改革提速期,在继续教育改革发展中具有里程碑意义。The Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Reform of Continuing Academic Education of Regular Institutions of Higher Education in the New Era is the first policy document focusing on the reform of continuing higher education issued by the Ministry of Education since 1949, which is a key milestone in the course of continuing education reform. This indicates that the reform of continuing higher education in China has accelerated.
