摘　　要：得益于“一带一路”倡议的实施,我国跨境电商业务发展迅猛,导致跨境电商人才严重紧缺。合格人才的培养需要有与之相匹配的专业课程体系作保障,需恰当处理好就业面向、就业岗位、就业要求三个主要影响因素。应通过专业基础课、专业核心课、专业拓展课、实践课程等途径实现课程体系优化,并借鉴德国“双元制”,从加强校企协作,打造“双元”师资队伍;深化产教融合,在实践中提升技能;着眼未来成长,培养学生全面发展三个方面推进实施。Benefiting from the implementation of the“One Belt,One Road”initiative,China’s cross-border e-commerce business is developing rapidly,resulting in a serious shortage of cross-border e-commerce talents.The cultivation of qualified talents needs to be guaranteed by a matching professional curriculum system,which should properly deal with the three main influencing factors of employment orientation,employment position and employment requirements.The curriculum system is optimized by means of professional foundation courses,professional core courses,professional development courses,and practical courses,etc.,and with reference to the German“dual system”,the three main aspects are to strengthen the collaboration between colleges and enterprises to construct“dual”teachers’team,deepen the integration of production and education to improve students’skills in practice,and focus on future growth to cultivate students’overall development.
