摘 要:在全球经济逐渐面向一体化的过程中,企业所面临的风险及问题不断增加。因此创新能力的不断提高将成为企业面对不断增加的风险及问题的关键因素。为了企业的可持续发展,完善的高管激励制度也将成为企业在提高其创新能力时所面对的关键因素之一。在企业管理研究领域,高管激励与企业创新的关系是各种学者和实践者们在不断关注和研究的问题。本文基于2010-2016年398家中国制造业上市相关数据,探讨了高管薪酬激励对企业创新的影响,结果表明:在制造业企业中,高管薪酬激励与企业创新呈正相关关系,从而表示高管薪酬激励可以促进企业创新。The continuous improvement of innovation capability is the key factor for enterprises to face increasing risks and problems.For the sustainable development of the enterprise,the perfect executive incentive system also becomes one of the key factors that enterprises face when improving their innovation ability.In the field of enterprise management research,the relationship between executive incentive and enterprise innovation is a problem that various scholars and practitioners are constantly paying attention to and studying.Based on the data related to 208 Chinese manufacturing industry listings from 2010 to 2016,this paper discusses the impact of executive incentive on enterprise innovation.The results show that in manufacturing enterprises,executive compensation incentive is positively related to enterprise innovation,indicating that executive compensation incentive can promote enterprise innovation.
