企业经营管理中杜邦财务分析体系的运用探究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的提升,企业管理工作的重要性越来越高,企业财务分析方法也随之不断完善更新,以此满足更多企业发展需求,从单一的分析方法到越来越多的功能,体现出财务分析方法对企业发展至关重要。基于此,本文从企业经营管理中杜邦财务分析体系应用的重要作用出发,分析了杜邦财务分析体系在应用存在的问题,并对企业应用杜邦财务分析体系优化对策进行探究。With the promotion of social economy,the importance of enterprise management is getting higher and higher,and enterprise financial analysis methods are also constantly improved and updated to meet the needs of more enterprises.From a single analysis method to more and more functions,it shows that financial analysis methods are crucial to enterprise development.Based on this,this paper starts from the important role of DuPont's financial analysis system application in enterprise management,analyzes the problems existing in the application of DuPont's financial analysis system,and explores the optimization countermeasures for enterprises to apply DuPont's financial analysis system.
