摘　　要：总结国医大师干祖望教授治疗变应性鼻炎的临床特点,归纳为“宽猛相济”之法。发作期“猛”以逐邪,寒热相别,分别治以疏风散寒、清热宣肺,临证常遣桂枝汤、清热脱敏汤等;缓解期“宽缓固本”,肺、脾、肾三脏各有侧重,当治以补肺益气、健脾祛湿、温肾温阳等法,须投以玉屏风散、补中益气汤、金匮肾气丸等补益之方。To summarize the clinical characteristics of Professor GAN Zu-wang’experience in treating allergic rhinitis,and sum up the method of“alternate leniency with severity”. Combined with the pathological characteristics of allergic rhinitis,it is divided into attack period and remission period. In attack period,the evil are expelled,and the cold and heat are different,and they are treated with dispelling wind and dispelling cold,clearing heat and dispersing lung. Guizhi Decoction and Qingre Demin Decoction are often used in clinical practice. In the remission stage,the principle is mainly adjusted,and the lung,spleen and kidney have their own emphasis. They are treated by tonifying lung and qi,invigorating spleen and warming kidney,and so on. Yupingfeng Powder and Jinkui Shenqi Pills are often used as basic prescriptions.
