摘　　要：阐述新能源光伏发电技术的应用现状、存在的问题、应对的措施,探讨水上光伏技术,薄膜电池技术、染料敏化太阳能电池的发展策略。This paper describes the application status, existing problems and countermeasures of new energy photovoltaic power generation technology, and discusses the development strategy of water photovoltaic technology, thin film battery technology and dye-sensitized solar cells.
