摘 要:为进一步提升职业院校人才培养质量,《国家职业教育改革实施方案》正式启动了1+X证书制度试点工作,学历教育与职业技能教育结合,可以说,这是社会人力资源需求和发展的必然趋势。本文拓展了奥苏伯尔“同化顺应”教育认知理论研究,运用专家通过“条件—动作”的过程性规则,以游戏设计专业人才培养为切入点,经过实践认为,学历教育帮助学生夯实专业基础知识技能作为“条件”,职业技能教育以“动作”过程提高学生专项性知识技能,从而引发“条件—动作”的认知迁移,运用课堂掌握的技能完成岗位任务,产生课堂所学即岗位所用的效果,提升游戏设计专业人才就业竞争力。In order to further improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,The National Vocational Education Reform&Implementation Plan launched the pilot work of“1+X”Certificate System.The education mode of combining classroom learning and vocational skills training is an inevitable trend for the social human resources development.By expanding David Ausubel’s educational cognitive theory of“Assimilation and Adaptation”,and using the process rules of“Condition-Action”(the three-level structure of“initial state”,“problem-solving plan”and“final result”),the talent cultivation of Game Design students started its practical exploration.It is believed that academic education helps students consolidate their professional knowledge and skills as the“Condition”.Vocational skills training improves students’special knowledge and skills in the process of“Action”,which leads to“Condition-Action”,that is,using the technical skills mastered in the classroom to solve the cognitive structure transfer in students’future workplace.What they learn will be what they use.Thus,Game Design students can greatly enhance their employment competitiveness.
