摘　　要：卵巢性索-间质肿瘤(SCST)相对罕见,亚型众多,术前诊断困难,治疗方案应依据病理类型个体化决策。规范手术是最重要的治疗措施,对于恶性倾向者,化疗仅作为可选的辅助治疗。早期恶性SCST的年轻患者可行保留生育功能手术,围手术期需综合评估患者的生育能力,提供生育指导。鉴于国内尚缺乏相关诊治指南,特制定此专家共识,以供临床诊疗参考。Ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor(SCST)are rare and heterogenous with numerous subtypes.Therefore,preoperative diagnosis is difficult and treatment options must be individualized according to histopathologic diagnosis.Standardized surgery is the most important option,and chemotherapy is just an alternative adjuvant therapy for malignancy.Fertility-sparing surgery is feasible for young patients with early-stage malignant SCST.Furthermore,comprehensive assessment of reproductive function and guidance must be provided in the perioperative period.In view of the lack of relevant guideline,the formulation of this expert consensus aims to supply reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
